Privacy policy

This page explains what Volga se Ganga ("we") does with the information you send through the forms on volgaseganga.com and volgaseganga.ru.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, how to reach you (phone, email or messenger handle), your city, the description and photo of the goods you want, and for business and supplier requests the company name and your role. We also record the time of the request, the language of the page and the IP address, which we keep for 30 days to prevent abuse.

Why

To prepare a quote and answer your request. We do not use your details for advertising, do not build profiles and do not sell or share them with anyone except the delivery service when an order is shipped.

Where it is stored

On our own server in Russia. Requests from residents of India are handled under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Requests from residents of Russia are handled under Federal Law 152-FZ.

How long

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. Order records are kept for the period required by tax law.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to hello@volgaseganga.ru or on WhatsApp. We answer within 7 days.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no tracking cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores nothing on your device. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are not a bot.
